According to project documentation from 1850, the house on Karlova Street was built on Gothic plots. In the late Renaissance, the house was rebuilt and enlarged. This city house has been a protected monument since 1958 and it is located in the historical center of Prague. All civic amenities are in a very close vicinity. The house on Karlova street has 4 floors with an elevator. There are two apartments on each floor which range from 40 m² to 123 m² (from 1 + kt to 3 + kt). The house offers a shared terrace on the 4th floor with an area of 56 m2. However, most apartments have their own terrace.
